Order

Order Status: Preparing for ShipmentYou can cancel your order directly on the website through My Page → Order History.
If you wish to change your order, please cancel the existing order and place a new one.

Order Status: Ready for ShipmentAt this stage, your order has already been packed and is awaiting dispatch.
Order or address changes and cancellations are not available.

Shipping & Delivery

For international orders, packing and dispatch usually take 1–3 business days.
After shipment, you can track the delivery progress using the tracking number provided.

If you need assistance, please submit a 1:1 Inquiry with your order number, and we will check the delivery status for you.

Addresses entered through shipping agencies are not eligible for delivery.
If the address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to Korea, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

Returns

A flat return shipping fee of USD 60 applies to all countries.

Exchange

FREEDOM does not currently accept exchange requests.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

Return

You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please submit a 1:1 Inquiry with the following details.
(Your request may be denied if the required information is missing.)

- Order Number
- Product Information: Product name and quantity
- Photo(s): If you received the wrong item or if the product has a defect, please attach photos
