Delivery & Preorder

For Singapore orders, packing and dispatch usually take 1–2 business days.
For Malaysia and all other international orders, packing and dispatch typically take 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery progress. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service and destination country.

If you need further assistance, please submit your inquiry along with your order number, and we will be happy to check the delivery status for you.

Preorder periods are subject to the official opening and closing dates announced. Processing and fulfillment usually take approximately two weeks, depending on HQ logistics and production timelines.

In the event that any of the products you ordered become unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the necessary assistance or updates regarding your order.
