Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of apparel products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Please ensure all product details, including size, color, quantity, and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.
Freedom SG reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same item where possible. If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
